Electoral Roll/APCM 2019

Welcome to the area with information and forms related to the forthcoming Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) which will be held at All Saints Church following the 9.30am service on Sunday 7 April 2019.

Please download a copy of our Annual Report, which includes the agenda for the meeting, together with all the accounts and reports. There are still one or two reports that have not yet been received, so this remains a draft copy for now.

This year, in common with all parishes in the Church of England, the church Electoral Roll is to be completely renewed. The closing date for applications to be received was Sunday 10 March. However, if you omitted to complete a form, you can still do so and you will be added to the roll following the APCM. You can view and download a form below, and also view the Electoral Roll Privacy Notice.

The Electoral Roll is the list of all those entitled to vote at church meetings – including the APCM – as well as those eligible to serve, or to nominate others to serve, on the Parochial Church Council (PCC). It is also the closest thing the Church of England has to a membership list, and so it carries with it the sense of commitment to the fellowship. At All Saints, therefore, we would like to encourage everyone who considers themselves to be part of the fellowship, to enrol (provided they have the necessary qualifications to do so according to the laws of the Church of England – see below)
